If you’re stressed about zipping up your jeans after one too many “treat yo-self” holiday meals and Googling salad recipes, keep scrolling down this page...
Can we get real for a second? Over the last 2 weeks, have these thoughts popped into your mind...
You’ve tried to watch what you were eating most of the year but the holidays are meant to be fun, right?
Who can give up that extra helping of plant-based mac & cheese or a few more vegan Christmas cookies?
Oh man, do they taste good. But too much of a good thing might not be so good for us.
And now you’re worried about fitting into those jeans after all that tastiness. The stress to look good can be downright exhausting.
But I’m here to tell you it’s not your fault.
The diet culture in the western world is full of people trying to sell you get-slim-quick schemes. They feed off of your insecurities and make you feel so bad about yourself so that you feel like you need to do something drastic to look and feel better and keep up with their standards of what perfect looks like.
This is not only is this culture causing you to get down on yourself every time you see an unattainable size model on social media, but it also has you wanting to cut calories drastically which, in the end, can end up actually hurting you.
This is why you need a program that isn’t overwhelming and that will guide you on what to eat to make you feel better without all that stress, guilt, and restriction.
A 2-week program to get you back on track with your healthy vegan eating without restrictive rules, boring meals, or complicated cooking.
Hi, I’m Mary Ellen, a plant-based nutritionist, and lover of tasty vegan food.
A few years ago after a very indulgent holiday season (see even nutritionists aren’t perfect!). I felt bloated, heavy, and craved more sweets than I had in a long time.
While it was fun to partake in cocktails and be a little freer with my food choices, I knew I needed to reboot my eating to break this cycle of bad habits.
Because I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in my clothes, be worried that I’m not getting proper nutrients, and overwhelmed with the thought of what to cook for dinner, I created this 14-day reset so I had a plan of action to get myself back on track and nourish my body.
Now anytime I need to reboot my eating, I do this program and after two weeks, I’m back to making better food decisions and having healthier habits. I want that for you too.
After 14 days of eating real plant-based foods, you’ll see that eating well doesn’t have to be restrictive, stressful, or tasteless. Life can be full of meals you enjoy and that won’t take you forever to make.
This program is not about restriction or focusing on weight loss. It’s about eating well and supporting healthy habits going forward.
I’m going to tell you straight up that you’re not going to lose 14lbs in 14 days on this Reset. (Nor should you want to, those lose-weight-quick diets never work.) That said, if you do have some weight to lose, this Reset can set you on your path to success.
It also offers easy meals that actually taste good. And leftovers are planned for your next day’s lunch so you’re spending less time in the kitchen.
Not to toot my own horn, but a big reason this Reset is different from other programs is that it’s brought to you by a licensed nutritionist. Someone with a master’s degree in nutrition who focuses on plant-based eating for health. I provide well-balanced meals that nourish rather than restrict so you know you’re getting the nutrients you need to thrive.
This program is DIY which means you can do it any time you choose. No need to be forced to begin during a time where you have too much going on. You can pick a start date that works with your busy schedule. It also means you'll have access to it FOREVER! You can do this reset a few times a year - anytime you need a little reboot.
This program doesn’t just give you a plan to follow—it’s a lifestyle blueprint. It's something that you can integrate into your life well beyond the initial 14 days.
Let’s talk about the nitty-gritty of the program. With the Reset, you’ll be getting a PDF guidebook containing:
The holidays are over and the new year is upon us!
Why wait until the new year to get started on your healthy vegan eating?
Get the reset, start it soon, and feel fab going into the December holidays.
By doing the 14-day Vegan reset now, you’ll avoid more holiday weight gain and feel better about yourself and your food choices.
Why have the stress of waiting until January? Make it the first year you’ll feel great going into the holiday season.
Plus if you purchase now, you can always do it again in January. It’s a win-win!
Mary Ellen’s Vegan Reset was great!
After doing the program, I had more energy, a clearer head and saw improvements with my skin and mood. I even lost a few pounds and was able to fit into some older pants that were a bit too tight before. I also loved the recipes! They were easy to make and delicious. I plan to incorporate many of them into my weekly meals moving forward.
I would definitely recommend this vegan reset for anyone who is struggling to find a starting point for a healthier lifestyle. I have a family to cook for, however, I’m so glad I decided to do it because many of the recipes are family-friendly. After finishing the program I feel more in control of my eating and cravings.
How will the program be delivered?
After you sign up for the Reset, you'll receive a confirmation & welcome email with your guidebook and the details of how to get started. Once you are ready for Day 1, you’ll click a button in your welcome email and your 14 days of emails will start the next day.
What if I don’t like all the recipes you provide?
We all have different tastes so you might not be totally into every single meal idea but I was sure to include recipes that my clients have loved in the past.
I also give you guidelines on what to eat and what not to eat so that if you’re not 100% sold on a recipe, you can make your own following the Enjoy and Avoid food lists.
Is this the Reset soy-free and gluten-free?
The Reset is totally gluten-free (gluten is one of the items we’re avoiding for the program) but not soy-free.
If you have an allergy or aversion to soy, you can still do the Reset, however, some of the recipes do contain tofu and tempeh. You can either repeat other recipes or use the guidelines to create your own meals instead. For some of the soy-based recipes, it’s easy to switch out tempeh or tofu for beans.
What if I don’t like to cook?
I’m right there with you, I always say cooking is not my favorite pastime.
That said, we’re going to keep it as simple as possible but in order to have the most nourishing meals, spending some time in the kitchen is necessary.
Can I do this Reset with a family to cook for as well?
All of the recipes are suitable for families. Breakfasts are either single or double serving and entree recipes normally serve 2 adults with leftovers OR a family of 4. Recipes can easily be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled depending on how many people are in your household.
Can I do the Reset if I live outside the US?
Yes, since this is an online program, you can do this from anywhere in the world.
Is there some type of money-back guarantee?
Because this is a digital product, I cannot offer refunds.
